That depends! We like to simplify the payment process as much as possible, so you have less to think about. Either way, you will need to speak with us directly either by phone or email so we can get all the details we need to make sure we are providing you with the best possible service.

1.  If you want your guests to have unlimited free coffee throughout your event, you will simply pay a flat rate depending on the estimated number of guests and how long you would like the cart to be at your event

2. If you simply want to have a coffee cart available at your event but would prefer your guests be responsible for purchasing their own drinks, all you need to do is pay a small fee and tell us where you need us to be!

We sure do. If you, your spouse, or the person you’re celebrating is a military veteran, first responder, student, or teacher, you will receive a 10% discount as a thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country!
